  1  1    Amend Senate File 2410 as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 22, by inserting after line 31 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "___.  The department shall include payment for
  1  6 smoking cessation products under the medical
  1  7 assistance program.  The department shall consult with
  1  8 the drug utilization review commission to establish
  1  9 and implement prior authorization criteria for these
  1 10 products.  The department shall adopt emergency rules
  1 11 to implement this subsection."
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
