  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, line 14, by inserting after the figure
  1  4 "(4)" the following:  "(a)".
  1  5    #2.  Page 3, by inserting after line 22 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "b.  Notwithstanding subparagraph subdivision (a),
  1  8 a plan of a local exchange carrier with five hundred
  1  9 thousand or more access lines in this state shall
  1 10 provide that prices for basic communications services
  1 11 shall not be increased for a period of four years from
  1 12 the date of the board's approval of the plan."
