  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 32, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "classroom" the following:  "or laboratory".
  1  5    #2.  Page 7, line 12, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "instructor," the following:  "a person certified by
  1  7 the department,".
  1  8    #3.  Page 7, line 22, by striking the word and
  1  9 figure "or 321.178A".
  1 10    #4.  Page 8, by striking lines 14 through 25 and
  1 11 inserting the following:  "an instruction permit or an
  1 12 intermediate license under this section, upon
  1 13 conviction of a moving traffic violation or
  1 14 involvement in a motor vehicle accident which occurred
  1 15 during the term of the instruction permit or
  1 16 intermediate license, shall be subject to remedial
  1 17 driver improvement action or suspension of the permit
  1 18 or license.  A person possessing an instruction permit
  1 19 who has".
  1 20    #5.  Page 8, lines 33 through 35, by striking the
  1 21 words ", other than a conviction of a violation
