  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8800, to House File 2539 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 9, by striking the figure "VII"
  1  4 and inserting the following:  "VIII".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, line 14, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "boilers." the following:  "However, jacketed direct
  1  7 or indirect fired vessels as described in this
  1  8 subsection shall be subject to inspection under
  1  9 section 89.3 as pressure vessels."
