  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Section 1.  Section 15E.193, subsection 1,
  1  5 paragraph a, Code Supplement 1997, is amended to read
  1  6 as follows:
  1  7    a.  Is not a retail business, a business holding a
  1  8 sales tax permit, or a business where entrance is
  1  9 limited by a cover charge or membership requirement."
  1 10    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
