1 10 "2. a. There is appropriated from surcharge
1 11 moneys received by the E911 administrator and
1 12 deposited into the wireless E911 emergency
1 13 communications fund, for the fiscal year beginning
1 14 July 1, 1998, and ending June 30, 1999, an amount not
1 15 to exceed two hundred thousand dollars to be used for
1 16 the implementation, support, and maintenance of the
1 17 functions of the E911 administrator. The amount
1 18 appropriated in this paragraph includes any amounts
1 19 necessary to reimburse the division of emergency
1 20 management of the department of public defense
