  1  2    #1.  Page 12,  by inserting after line 31 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "It is the intent of the general assembly that
  1  5 excursion gambling boat advertising shall not focus on
  1  6 children, shall inform the public on the uses of
  1  7 excursion boat gambling tax proceeds, and shall focus
  1  8 on excursion boat gambling as entertainment in lieu of
  1  9 potential winnings."
