  1  1    Amend House File 2539 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 15, by inserting after line 19 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "16.  It is the intent of the general assembly that
  1  5 any requirement applicable to the general population
  1  6 of a correctional facility, including but not limited
  1  7 to a general lock down, shall apply without exception
  1  8 to the prisoners working in buildings constructed for
  1  9 private industry employment and in other work programs
  1 10 employing prisoners under section 904.809."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
