  1  1    Amend Senate File 2313, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 28, by inserting after line 19 the
  1  4 following:  
  1  5                      "DIVISION XI
  1  6         VISITATION – DEVIATION FROM GUIDELINES
  1  7    Sec. ___.  Section 598.21, Code Supplement 1997, is
  1  8 amended by adding the following new subsection:
  1  9    NEW SUBSECTION.  4C.  Notwithstanding subsection 4,
  1 10 if visitation is awarded to a parent in excess of the
  1 11 average liberal visitation rights award, the court
  1 12 shall deviate from the guidelines in calculating the
  1 13 child support obligation."
