  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8616, to Senate File 2366,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 9, line 3, by inserting after the figure
  1  5 "2." the following:  "The board of directors may
  1  6 contract with a public or private postsecondary
  1  7 institution with an approved practitioner preparation
  1  8 program, or with a member of the instructional staff
  1  9 of an approved practitioner preparation program, to
  1 10 perform the duties of the district facilitator in
  1 11 accordance with this chapter."
