  1  1    Amend House File 2533 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 28, by inserting after line 22 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec. ___.  Section 262.9, subsection 21, Code
  1  5 Supplement 1997, is amended by adding the following
  1  6 new unnumbered paragraph:
  1  7    NEW UNNUMBERED PARAGRAPH.  The board shall work
  1  8 with the siouxland interstate metropolitan planning
  1  9 council to determine which of the institutions of
  1 10 higher learning under the board shall provide a master
  1 11 of social work program at the tristate graduate
  1 12 center.  The board shall ensure that the program is
  1 13 offered to students beginning with the fiscal year
  1 14 commencing July 1, 1999."
  1 15    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
