  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8455, to Senate File 2406,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, line 43, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "board." the following:  "At least one of the citizen
  1  6 members shall be a service consumer or the parent of a
  1  7 service consumer."
  1  8    #2.  Page 4, line 41, by inserting after the word
  1  9 "subsection." the following:  "At least one member
  1 10 shall be a service consumer or the parent of a service
  1 11 consumer."
