  1  1    Amend Senate File 2333, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 5, by inserting after line 29 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec. ___.  INTENT.  It is the intent of the
  1  6 general assembly that the changes in this Act are to
  1  7 provide that an employer shall not have to pay
  1  8 workers' compensation benefits for occupational
  1  9 hearing loss to an employee for hearing loss that is
  1 10 nonoccupational."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
