  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8481, to Senate File 2320,
  1  2 as passed by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 2 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 1, line 17, by striking the word
  1  6 "three" and inserting the following:  "four".
  1  7    #   .  Page 1, line 17, by inserting after the
  1  8 figure "2003." the following:  "If a fourth license is
  1  9 issued, the commission shall set the number of slot
  1 10 machines authorized for the licensee and the number
  1 11 shall not be subject to the limitation specified in
  1 12 section 99F.5A.""
