  1  1    Amend Senate File 2320, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec. ___.  Section 99F.4A, Code 1997, is amended
  1  6 by adding the following new subsection:
  1  7    NEW SUBSECTION.  9.  If a license issued pursuant
  1  8 to this chapter or chapter 99D is transferred, an
  1  9 existing collective bargaining agreement or the impact
  1 10 of an employee representation election shall transfer
  1 11 to the new licensee."
