  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8481, to Senate File 2320,
  1  2 as passed, by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 2 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 1, line 17, by inserting after the
  1  6 figure "2003." the following:  "The commission shall
  1  7 not authorize a licensee conducting gambling games at
  1  8 one pari-mutuel racetrack licensed premises only."
  1  9    #   .  Page 1, line 22, by inserting after the
  1 10 figure "2003." the following:  "The commission shall
  1 11 not authorize a licensee to conduct gambling games on
  1 12 an excursion gambling boat at one licensed premises
  1 13 only.""
