  1  5    "Sec. 33.  RETROACTIVE APPLICABILITY.  Sections 12,
  1  6 18 through 21, and 23 through 26 of this Act apply
  1  7 retroactively".
  1  8    #2.  Title page, line 2, by striking the words "an
  1  9 applicability" and inserting the following:  "a
  1 10 retroactive applicability".
