  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, by striking lines 21 through 31 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "b.  If the inmate or prisoner has no good conduct
  1  6 time credits to deduct, the order of the court or the
  1  7 disciplinary hearing may deduct up to fifty percent of
  1  8 the average".
  1  9    #2.  Page 4, by striking lines 3 and 4.
  1 10    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
