  1  1    Amend Senate File 187, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 33, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "Code" the following:  "Supplement".
  1  5    #2.  Page 5, by striking lines 27 through 29 and
  1  6 inserting the following:  "wildlife habitat stamp fee.
  1  7 The commission shall annually limit to two thousand
  1  8 licenses the number of nonresidents allowed to have
  1  9 wild turkey hunting licenses.  The number of".
  1 10    #3.  Page 6, by striking lines 14 through 16 and
  1 11 inserting the following:  "habitat stamp fee.  The
  1 12 commission shall annually limit to five six thousand
  1 13 licenses the number of nonresidents allowed to have
  1 14 deer hunting licenses.  The number of nonresident
  1 15 deer".
  1 16    #4.  Page 7, line 10, by inserting after the word
  1 17 "fee." the following:  "A person authorized to issue a
  1 18 license or collect a fee pursuant to this chapter or
  1 19 chapter 484A shall charge the fee specified in this
  1 20 chapter or chapter 484A only plus a writing fee if
  1 21 applicable."
  1 22    #5.  Page 8, line 8, by inserting after the word
  1 23 "depository." the following:  "A license depository
  1 24 may charge and retain a writing fee of one dollar for
  1 25 the issuance of a free deer hunting license or a free
  1 26 wild turkey hunting license as authorized under
  1 27 section 483A.24, subsection 2."
  1 28    #6.  Page 8, line 32, by inserting after the word
  1 29 "original." the following:  "The license depository
  1 30 may charge and retain a writing fee of one dollar for
  1 31 each duplicate license issued pursuant to this
  1 32 section."
  1 33    #7.  Page 9, line 11, by inserting after the word
  1 34 "Code" the following:  "Supplement".
  1 35    #8.  Page 12, by striking lines 4 and 5.
  1 36    #9.  Page 12, line 7, by striking the figure "1997"
  1 37 and inserting the following:  "1998".
  1 38    #10.  Page 12, line 10, by striking the figure
  1 39 "1998" and inserting the following:  "1999".
  1 40    #11.  By renumbering, relettering, or redesignating
  1 41 and correcting internal references as necessary.
