  1  4    #2.  Page 3, line 22, by striking the words
  1  5 "advertise for" and inserting the following:
  1  6 "advertise for solicit".
  1  7    #3.  Page 3, by striking lines 23 through 27 and
  1  8 inserting the following:  "improvement by publishing
  1  9 an advertisement in a print format.  The advertisement
  1 10 shall appear in".
  1 11    #4.  Page 3, line 31, by striking the word "The"
  1 12 and inserting the following:  "The department may
  1 13 publish an advertisement in an electronic format as an
  1 14 additional method of soliciting bids under this
  1 15 paragraph."
