  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8180, to House File 2504, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 9, by striking the words "with a
  1  4 contiguous county" and inserting the following:
  1  5 "pursuant to chapter 28E with a county in a state
  1  6 bordering this state".
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, lines 10 and 11, by striking the words
  1  8 "in that other state".
  1  9    #3.  Page 1, line 20, by inserting after the word
  1 10 "state." the following:  "A law enforcement officer
  1 11 who makes an arrest or conducts an activity in this
  1 12 state pursuant to an agreement entered into pursuant
  1 13 to subsection 1 shall immediately contact and
  1 14 cooperate with a law enforcement agency having
  1 15 jurisdiction over the area in which the arrest or
  1 16 activity has occurred."
