1 2 #1. Page 12, by inserting after line 8 the
1 3 following:
1 4 "It is the intent of the general assembly that a
1 5 licensee's expenses for marketing, educational, and
1 6 informational material relating to a pari-mutuel
1 7 racetrack including gambling games shall not exceed
1 8 four million dollars annually. The telephone number
1 9 1-800-BETS-OFF, shall be prominently displayed at all
1 10 gambling facilities regulated by the racing and gaming
1 11 commission."
1 12 #2. Page 12, by inserting after line 31 the
1 13 following:
1 14 "It is the intent of the general assembly that a
1 15 licensee's expenses for marketing, educational, and
1 16 informational material relating to an excursion
1 17 gambling boat including gambling games shall not
1 18 exceed four million dollars annually. The telephone
1 19 number 1-800-BETS-OFF, shall be prominently displayed
1 20 at all gambling facilities regulated by the racing and
1 21 gaming commission."
