  1  2    #1.  Page 9, by inserting after line 35 the

  1  6    Sec. ___.  Section 257.20, subsection 2, paragraphs
  1  7 a and b, Code 1997, are amended by striking the
  1  8 paragraphs."
  1  9    #2.  Title page, line 11, by inserting after the
  1 10 word "paid," the following:  "fully funding state aid
  1 11 under the school instructional support program,".
