  1  1    Amend Senate File 58, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 11, by striking the words "make
  1  4 every effort to provide" and inserting the following:
  1  5 "encourage the provision of".
  1  6    #2.  Page 2, by striking lines 3 and 4 and
  1  7 inserting the following:  "the divisions may find
  1  8 necessary to utilize in order to effectively
  1  9 communicate with".
  1 10    #3.  Page 2, by inserting after line 5 the
  1 11 following:
  1 12    "10.  To signs posted by a city or county in a
  1 13 public place, relating to public welfare and safety in
  1 14 the vicinity of the sign."
