  1  1    Amend House File 2335 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, by striking lines 2 through 4, and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "the animals raised on the
  1  4 land, provided that all of the following apply:
  1  5    a.  The person is a natural person or a general
  1  6 partnership as provided in chapter 486 in which all
  1  7 persons are natural persons.
  1  8    b.  The person or a general partner in the general
  1  9 partnership was actively engaged in farming the land."
