  1  1    Amend House File 2494 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 28, line 9, by inserting after the figure
  1  3 "455B.200A." the following:  "A person required to
  1  4 submit a manure management plan must submit any
  1  5 changes to the manure management plan to the
  1  6 department as required by the department.   The
  1  7 department shall send or require the person to send a
  1  8 copy of the changes to the county board of supervisors
  1  9 in the county in this state where the confinement
  1 10 feeding operation is located."
