  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-8119, to House File
  1  2 299, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 10, by inserting after line 11 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "In addition, an employer shall place no more than
  1  7 twenty-five percent of the employee population subject
  1  8 to drug or alcohol testing pursuant to subsection 8,
  1  9 paragraph "a", in a pool of employees as described in
  1 10 subsection 8, paragraph "a", subparagraphs (1) through
  1 11 (3), during any calendar year."
