  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-8119, to House File
  1  2 299, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, line 17, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "means" the following:  "a member of the general
  1  6 assembly, or".
  1  7    #2.  Page 8, line 41, by inserting after the words
  1  8 "prospective employees." the following:  "For drug or
  1  9 alcohol testing or retesting of members of the general
  1 10 assembly, the written policy governing testing shall
  1 11 be established by the legislative council created in
  1 12 section 2.41."
