  1  1    Amend House File 2340 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 28 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec. ___.  Section 135.24, subsection 2, Code
  1  5 1997, is amended by adding the following new
  1  6 paragraph:
  1  7    NEW PARAGRAPH.  c.  Identification of the medical
  1  8 services to be provided under the program.  The
  1  9 medical services provided shall include obstetrical
  1 10 and gynecological medical services."
  1 11    #2.  Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
  1 12 word "dentists" the following:  "and certain other
  1 13 medical specialists".
  1 14    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
