  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-8119, to House File
  1  2 299, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 3, line 23, by striking the word "pools"
  1  5 and inserting the following:  "pool".
  1  6    #2.  By striking page 7, line 45, through page 8,
  1  7 line 10, and inserting the following:  "alcohol
  1  8 testing of employees who are selected from a pool of
  1  9 employees that consists of all employees at a
  1 10 particular work site who".
  1 11    #3.  Page 10, line 6, by striking the words ",
  1 12 subparagraph (3)".
  1 13    #4.  Page 10, lines 9 and 10, by striking the words
  1 14 ", subparagraph (3)".
