  1  2    #1.  Page 2, line 2, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "prisoners" the following:  ", provided that any
  1  4 requirement applicable to the general population of a
  1  5 correctional facility, including but not limited to a
  1  6 general lock down, shall apply without exception to
  1  7 the prisoners working in these buildings and in other
  1  8 work programs employing prisoners".
