1 2 #1. Page 3, line 24, by inserting after the word
1 3 "property." the following: "This section shall apply
1 4 to mediation conducted before the industrial
1 5 commissioner and mediation conducted pursuant to
1 6 chapter 216."
1 7 #2. Page 3, by striking lines 26 through 28 and
1 8 inserting the following: "Mediation conducted
1 9 pursuant to sections 20.20 and 20.31 shall not be
1 10 subject to this chapter. Except as provided in
1 11 section 679C.4, mediation conducted before the
1 12 industrial commissioner shall not be subject to this
1 13 chapter. Except as provided in section 679C.4 and
1 14 except for mediation conducted pursuant to chapter
1 15 216.15B, mediation conducted pursuant to chapter 216
1 16 shall not be subject to this chapter."
1 17 #3. Page 5, by striking lines 16 through 18 and
1 18 inserting the following: "governing body. However,
1 19 confidentiality of mediation documents resulting from
1 20 mediation conducted pursuant to chapter 216 shall be
1 21 governed by chapter 216."
