  1  1    Amend House File 2212 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 10 through 19 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "fund for the purposes of
  1  4 funding the following:
  1  5    a.  Providers of emergency shelter services and
  1  6 support services to victims of domestic abuse or
  1  7 sexual assault pursuant to section 236.15 and for the
  1  8 award of funds to programs.
  1  9    b.  Programs that provide services and support to
  1 10 victims of domestic abuse or sexual assault as
  1 11 provided in chapter 236.
  1 12    c.  Programs of local anticrime organizations, as
  1 13 defined in section 910.1, to the extent that funds are
  1 14 available from federal defendants ordered to pay
  1 15 restitution under 18 U.S.C. } 3663(c)."
  1 16    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
