  1  1    Amend Senate File 492, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 15, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "imposed." the following:  "The representative, in
  1  5 ascertaining any relevant information concerning the
  1  6 claims, shall obtain and make available to all parties
  1  7 all relevant information from the employer that the
  1  8 claimant indicates is necessary to meet the claimant's
  1  9 burden as required under this subsection."
