  1  1    Amend House File 731 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 21, by inserting after line 11 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 441.37, subsection 1, Code
  1  5 1997, is amended by adding the following new
  1  6 paragraph:
  1  7    NEW PARAGRAPH.  f.  That an animal feeding
  1  8 operation, other than a small animal feeding
  1  9 operation, as defined in section 455B.161, is
  1 10 established within one mile from the assessed
  1 11 property."
  1 12    #3.  Title page, line 3, by inserting after the
  1 13 word "appropriations," the following:  "providing for
  1 14 protests of property tax assessments,".
