  1  1    Amend House File 726 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 14, by inserting after line 18 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec. ___.  Section 441.37, subsection 1, Code
  1  5 1997, is amended by adding the following new
  1  6 paragraph:
  1  7    NEW PARAGRAPH.  f.  That an animal feeding
  1  8 operation, other than a small animal feeding
  1  9 operation, as defined in section 455B.161, is
  1 10 established or expanded within one mile of the
  1 11 assessed property."
