  1  1    Amend House File 726 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 7, by striking lines 7 through 9 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "and.  However, if the
  1  4 political subdivision is a school district, as defined
  1  5 in section 257.2, its budget shall be certified not
  1  6 later than April 15 of each year."
  1  7    #2.  By striking page 7, line 15, through page 11,
  1  8 line 29.
  1  9    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
