  1  2    #1.  Page 3, line 20, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "infrastructure." the following:  "The county
  1  4 treasurer shall provide to each city located in the
  1  5 county the total amount of excess tax credit
  1  6 reimbursement received by the city."
  1  7    #2.  Page 3, line 25, by inserting after the figure
  1  8 "445.5." the following:  "The county treasurer shall
  1  9 provide the county auditor with the total amount of
  1 10 excess tax credit reimbursement received by the
  1 11 county."
