  1  1    Amend House File 724 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 4, line 24, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "commission." the following:  "However, if there is a
  1  4 city or cities contiguous to a city in which is
  1  5 located an enterprise zone, then one of the four
  1  6 remaining members shall be a representative of the
  1  7 contiguous city which is closest to the border of the
  1  8 enterprise zone."
