  1  1    Amend House File 724 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 8 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "   .  Is not a meatpacking business if the
  1  5 enterprise zone is located in a county with a
  1  6 population of at least two hundred fifty thousand
  1  7 unless the business will be located in the part of the
  1  8 enterprise zone which is west of Iowa state highway 28
  1  9 or west of a line extending north from the point at
  1 10 which Iowa state highway 28 intersects with United
  1 11 States interstate 80."
