  1  1    Amend Senate File 79, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 4, by inserting after the figure
  1  4 "1997," the following:  "for an excursion gambling
  1  5 boat operation on the Mississippi or Missouri river,
  1  6 or on or before December 31, 1997, for an excursion
  1  7 gambling boat operation on a lake or water reservoir
  1  8 approved by a county electorate before the effective
  1  9 date of this Act,".
