  1  1    Amend Senate File 531, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 33 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 298.3, Code 1997, is amended by
  1  6 adding the following new unnumbered paragraph:
  1  7    NEW UNNUMBERED PARAGRAPH.  Revenue from the regular
  1  8 and voter-approved physical plant and equipment levies
  1  9 shall not be expended for school district employee
  1 10 salaries or travel expenses, supplies, printing costs
  1 11 or media services, or for any other purpose not
  1 12 expressly authorized in this section."
