  1  1    Amend Senate 533, as amended, passed, and reprinted
  1  2 by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 11, by inserting after line 6 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "To maximize the funding for educational programs,
  1  6 the department shall establish guidelines and
  1  7 procedures to prioritize the availability of
  1  8 educational and vocational training for inmates based
  1  9 upon the goal of facilitating an inmate's successful
  1 10 release from the correctional institution."
