  1  1    Amend Senate File 533, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 4, by inserting after line 28 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "In addition to the moneys appropriated and
  1  6 disbursed in this subsection and notwithstanding
  1  7 contrary provisions of section 904.508A, there is
  1  8 appropriated to the department of justice from the
  1  9 inmate telephone rebate fund created in section
  1 10 904.508A an additional $200,000 for use as legal
  1 11 services for persons in poverty grants as provided in
  1 12 section 13.34 for distressed farmer assistance
  1 13 programs."
