  1  1    Amend Senate File 177, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 24 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  321L.2A  WHEELCHAIR LIFT
  1  6 WARNING CONE.
  1  7    The department shall, upon the request of a person
  1  8 issued a handicapped parking permit under section
  1  9 321L.2 who operates a motor vehicle with a wheelchair
  1 10 lift, provide the person with a traffic cone bearing
  1 11 the international symbol of accessibility and the
  1 12 words "wheelchair lift space".  The department shall
  1 13 adopt rules as necessary to implement this section."
  1 14    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
