  1  1    Amend House File 724 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, line 16, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "hour." the following:  "However, where the enterprise
  1  4 zone is located in a county with a population in
  1  5 excess of two hundred fifty thousand and where the
  1  6 enterprise zone does not consist of a designated urban
  1  7 enterprise community under Title XIII of the federal
  1  8 Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993, the
  1  9 business shall pay an average wage that is at or
  1 10 greater than one hundred percent of the average county
  1 11 wage."
