  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1722, to Senate File 515, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 20 through 26 and
  1  5 inserting the following:  ""person." the following:
  1  6 "For purposes of this paragraph, "dispensed" or "gave"
  1  7 means the act of physically presenting a receptacle
  1  8 containing beer, wine, or intoxicating liquor to the
  1  9 under-age person whose actions or intoxication results
  1 10 in the sustaining of damages by another person.""
