  1  3    #1.  Page 7, line 25, by striking the words "public

  1  5 misdemeanor".
  1  6    #2.  Page 8, by striking lines 14 and 15, and
  1  7 inserting the following:  "would be an a serious or
  1  8 aggravated misdemeanor or a felony shall be is a
  1  9 public record and shall not be".
