  1  1    Amend Senate File 532, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, line 21, by inserting after the words
  1  4 "policy." the following:  "The fee waiver policy
  1  5 adopted by the board shall provide for the full waiver
  1  6 of the fees permitted under this section for a child
  1  7 receiving child foster care services or who is
  1  8 eligible for free lunches under the federal National
  1  9 School Lunch Act and the federal Child Nutrition Act
  1 10 of 1966, 42 U.S.C. } 1751-1785.  The fee waiver policy
  1 11 adopted by the board shall also provide for a partial
  1 12 waiver of fees permitted under this section for a
  1 13 child who is eligible for reduced price lunches under
  1 14 the federal National School Lunch Act and the federal
  1 15 Child Nutrition Act of 1966, 42 U.S.C. } 1751-1785, by
  1 16 a percentage equivalent to the percentage by which the
  1 17 child's lunch price is reduced."
