  1  1    Amend House Concurrent Resolution 22 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, line 4, by striking the word
  1  3 "credits," and inserting the following:  "credits".
  1  4    #2.  Page 2, line 7, by striking the words
  1  5 "franchise tax on banks," and inserting the following:
  1  6 "tax on financial institutions,".
  1  7    #3.  Page 2, line 8, by inserting after the word
  1  8 "including" the following:  "partnerships,".
  1  9    #4.  By striking page 2, line 15, through page 3,
  1 10 line 22, and inserting the following:
  1 11    "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the task force shall
  1 12 consist of fifteen members.
  1 13    1.  Twelve of the members shall be selected as
  1 14 follows:
  1 15    a.  Five who are members of the senate, three
  1 16 appointed by the majority leader of the senate and two
  1 17 appointed by the minority leader of the senate.
  1 18    b.  Five who are members of the house of
  1 19 representatives, three appointed by the speaker of the
  1 20 house and two appointed by the minority leader of the
  1 21 house.
  1 22    c.  Two members of the general public, one
  1 23 appointed by the majority leader of the senate and the
  1 24 other appointed by the speaker of the house of
  1 25 representatives.
  1 26    2.  Three members, from the following associations
  1 27 and appointed by the Legislative Council, shall be
  1 28 selected as follows:
  1 29    a.  One member from an association of Iowa
  1 30 counties.
  1 31    b.  One member from an association of Iowa cities.
  1 32    c.  One member from an association of Iowa school
  1 33 boards."
